Phobia (English Language)

     A phobia is an excessive fear of something. People with phobias have strong feelings of fear despite the irrational fear of something, that's why the phobia can be said to hamper the lives of people who have it.
     Under normal circumstances everyone has the ability to control fear. However, when a person is exposed continuously to the subject of phobias, it could potentially lead to fixation. Fixation is a mental condition where a person becomes locked, which is caused by the inability of the people concerned in controlling his fear
     Someone who is experiencing mental growth fixation will have emotional difficulties later in the day. That is because the person does not have the right channel emotional release. Every time a person interacts with other phobias will automatically feel anxious and to be comfortable then the most convenient and fast is to retreat back to a state of fixation.
Social phobia
      Social phobia, also known as social anxiety disorder, social phobia is the fear of being watched and humiliated in public. This manifests as shyness and discomfort in social situations very excessive.
Specific phobias
      Specific phobia is characterized by an irrational fear will object or situation. These disorders include medical disorder most often found, however, most cases is mild and does not need treatment. There are many kinds of phobias are named after the goods or circumstances. When dealing with an object or situation, a person with a phobia will experience feelings of panic, sweating, trying to get away, it's hard to breathe and palpitations.
